All right, everyone, uh, we are standing outside of 1115 West 9th Street, and we're just checking out the area over here. Man, we got some really beautiful homes. Uh, in this area, some really big houses, um, I think would be. Looking at some of these, like, yeah, these are pretty cool houses, man. Got some big ones kind of set into this hilly area over here. But just like Awesome architecture and kind of got that like. I don't know, old. Like governor Mansion style or something, you know, like pretty cool. Um, So yeah, we got a couple of units over here that look pretty cool. If you're looking to rent an Airbnb in the area, this is something I would definitely check out, especially if you have a large crew or something. People you're bringing out, I mean you see like 5 to 10 people or something, uh. Yeah, this would be cool. We're down here walking to Blanco. We're gonna check this out. See this side street over here? Yeah. What are you saying? We will traveling by. Uh, yeah, just more of the same. Pretty cool little side road. Got your, uh, your hilly area, but it's pretty nice over here. So, if the price is right, definitely stay in the area. Um, it seems like there'll be some cool little spaces to hide away. Uh, it's pretty, uh You know, uh, once you get down to here to You know, 9th and Blanco. Let's say it's, uh, you know, pretty accessible to. Uh, getting down to like downtown area. Um, you don't have to fight too much of the traffic coming up on Lamar, so that's good for everybody. Um, to make it simple for you. And it seems pretty quiet, uh, not too much traffic going by.
