All right, what's going on y'all? This is Joshua with True Vibe, and we are downtown Austin on 6th Street and Comal, and we're just checking out the, uh, area right now we're standing in front of La Perla Bar. Uh, it's a very cool place right across the way from Cisco's, A Rama Tasuya and IllBruto. We got. Places to go on all corners, and we're just gonna walk down here towards uh Hotel Vegas, it's a live music venue. We got Hotel Vegas and uh Volstead over here and, uh, yeah, just show you guys what it's like. It's a Sunday morning, so it's pretty quiet over here right now. Um, usually East Side does pick up around noon on, uh. Sundays, but. It's pretty quiet right now. It's nice and breezy, kind of a cool morning, uh. But yeah, cool by Austin Sanders, I guess. Uh, it's about 68, 70, something like that. But uh yeah, just gonna walk down to Onion, show you guys a little side road down here. Um. But yeah, this is Hotel Hotel Vegas right here. And then we got both set on the corner. I see a lot of posters. And uh crossway. There's a mother's ruins, there's a bunch of offices over here, barbershop, uh, Insomnia Cookies. This is uh. Lowdown lounge and uh Seven Spirits down there. And yeah. So, uh, this is the area over here. So, anyways, uh, we're gonna walk back down the Cole Mall, tell you guys a little bit more about the east side and, uh. We'll go from there. Talk to you guys later. It's my buddy Brandon across the way. Uh, anyways, uh, yeah, no, this is a good side of town. Uh, it's pretty quiet, it's pretty chill, um, during the daytime, but, uh, at night, it does get busy. Um, it's a little bit congested, uh, uh, as far as traffic goes on a Friday, Saturday night. But, um, you know, mostly everybody's pretty chill and quiet, not too much going on, uh, and You know, There's uh, a lot of food, there's a lot of bars, there's coffee shops, uh, salons, uh, yeah, and then, and then we got a lot of apartments and whatnot in the area. So, um. Anyways, uh, plenty of parking. They got, we got street parking over here, and we have some parking lots and everything like that, and, uh, yeah, just, uh. You're, you're, I mean, you're right here in the thick of everything as far as the east side goes. Um, all the way down to uh. It's called uh. Oh, Chicon, Chicon street. Chicon is the Other major road down here and then it goes from Chicon probably down uh to Waller, about there. That's where uh the last the little bar is before you get to the highway and go downtown. Um, and then on 5th Street, you know, we got a Whole Foods and and Target and everything like that.
