Austin Rental Area. East Austin Neighborhood Check: Insights and Ambiance Near E 7th St.

Uh, this is Joshua here with TruVibe once more, and we are checking in, doing another rental check. It's gonna be our last check in this area over here on the east side, but, uh, I'm just showing you guys a little bit of the area once again. Uh, it looks like we got some offices over here, uh, but we're Uh, looks like there's a couple of homes. It's kind of hard to, uh, get back into them. I think like the address kind of puts you, this one, the front doors here, but then, you know, it's kind of, uh, kind of a little bit hard to see where, where you get into these places, but, um, I don't know. These, uh, these little homes that are right here, probably not, probably not the best looking as far as upkeep goes. A lot of, a lot of, uh, foliage that is overgrown, um, and probably needs to be cleaned up. Yeah, I said there's a couple of offices over here on the left and we're just gonna walk down to, uh, 7th just to show you guys, you know, just, uh, Closer to where we are on the action side. Um, looks like we got Angie's across the way, which I believe is a restaurant. Um, I've actually never eaten there before, but I think they Well, it's all, oh yeah, it's a Mexican restaurant. They do have breakfast all day, which is a great thing for me. Got kebabalicious, granny's tacos, cenote, um, so yeah, this is actually a pretty cool little spot. Avisoda's over there and uh. Yeah Check out that skyline down there. Yeah, so we're really close to 7th, or probably about uh a block away from Waller is where we started this, this run. Um, but, uh, yeah. We're only 2 blocks away from, you know, 6th Street and everything like that. I would say I probably wanna be a little deeper into the neighborhood, probably a little bit more, more and more, because yeah, this is, this is kind of the main thoroughfare. There's a lot of, you know, sirens and uh police and fire trucks and everything like that at night and. Um, so you would probably be able to hear that, especially with these older homes not soundproof as well. but um Yeah, it's. It's so close to the action, um, if the price was right, you know. And I can find something Of the booking that I think I would, you know, I wouldn't mind staying over here. I wouldn't say that's my top. I'd probably give it like a 6 on a scale of 1 to 10 as far as just whatever. It's, you know, if, if you care about location and location, the location is important to you, then I think this is probably like a, you know, a good value space. Um, I wouldn't overpay for it though, uh, you know, if it's out of your range, I think you can find something better, but, um, This is what a rental looks like near 1302 East 7th Street in Austin.
