Rental Neighborhood Check. Quiet Charm of Austin's West 6½ Street Revealed in Rental Check Video

All right y'all, this is Joshua with TruVibe, and we are on West 6 1/2 and Highland and we're just checking out the houses. Got some pretty cool big ones over here. That looked pretty nice. And uh It's kind of like a little side street here. Walk down to Oakland and, uh, show you guys the vibes, but yeah, it looks like pretty, uh, pretty cool neighborhood. It's pretty chill, pretty quiet. It's uh. Let's see. Good mix of like uh. Not, I wouldn't say like modern homes, but like more of just like classic, you know, um. Classic looking homes that are pretty nice and uh. Look like they've just been updated. We're kind of keeping that. Old school feel to them, so. Uh, really nice though, area. We got some nice houses. So, Yeah I'll show you guys that, um. Yeah, if uh if the price is right, I'd definitely stay in this area. It seems like it would be a pretty cool little. Little adventure, um. And it's not. You know, it's not very loud, it looks. Looks to be like a well maintained neighborhood, not a lot of foot traffic, that type of deal. So not going to deal with too much noise or, you know, college kids and stuff like that. Um, in the area, so. Um, Seems pretty walkable. You see a lot of street parking. In the area, just people just walk and park on the street here. There's no paid parking or anything like that, so that's cool.
