Alta Vista Rental Insight. Construction Activity and Charming Homes Highlight Alta Vista Avenue Experience

All right, what's going on everyone? This is Joshua with TruVibe and we're checking in one more time. Uh, we are right now on the corner of Fairmount and Alta Vista and, uh, yeah, just checking out more of the area near the Travis Heights in uh South Congress area. Uh, yeah, it's pretty nice over here. Uh, um, one thing I've noticed about this area is plenty of hills, so if you Like uh getting some cross country in. This will give you some good uh hills to, to do or, you know, riding on a bike or something like that. Yeah, good, good workout happening. So, um, other than that, uh, you see some pretty nice homes over here. We got a little, and this part, I feel like there's an update of, you know, some, some more, uh, newer spots, um, mixed in with a little bit of the older, the older designs. So you got the cobblestone house over down there and then you got this, uh, House over here that looks. Very awesome. Yeah. Big bay windows, uh. A little bit more updated here. We got another house that I think it sounds like it's being worked on or it sounds like it's being built. Uh, yeah. Yeah, we can see that's still under construction. But yeah, uh. So Looks like, uh, oh wow, this is actually kind of cool. I wonder if it's all one house or if it's two separate ones, but it's kind of like it's split up into two things, um, and then actually it seems like there's a couple projects going on. So I've got 12. 3 houses being worked on right now. So, yeah, I mean, you can hear that. It sounds like an air compressor or something that's going right now, so it's probably a little bit noisy, but You know, if you're trying to sleep in on a Saturday morning and you're right here next door, probably not, probably not, uh, excited about hearing some air compressors in the morning. You know, it's still 10:30, so I'd be like, hey man, turn that off. But You know, it's, it's not too bad over here. It's still really nice. I'm sure it's not running 24 hours of the day. But uh to be on the safe side, I would. You know, maybe. Go down towards the other end of the block. Here, um, but yeah, there's a lot of beautiful homes over here. Like I said, it's really hilly, you see it going downhill again. Um, it's down towards Mariposa. And uh yeah, Uh, once again, uh, we're about, you know. It's probably like a 5 minute drive uh to South Congress. You can catch an Uber there, walk there and be in there 20 minutes or so and You know, or hop a scooter, be there in about 5 minutes as well, so.
