So this is the, the rental check sample for Alameda Street, 1500 here. Interestingly, sometimes in Austin this happens where they create these makeshift living streets. Which is really cool too. Not necessarily restrict cars coming through, but. Alert car since. They should slow down pretty much, um, because they're kids that live here and some of these living streets just because they're popular through streets. Um, and, uh, Especially during. Um, the morning or evening commutes, these, these streets are probably streets that people. When MA or one of the highways is. Backed up, they might cut through. In any event, this is Alameda Monroe. This is actually a listed house. Um, I'm not, we're, we're not doing full rental checks, but just to let you know, this is 1601. Um, this is right next to the big Stacy Park. And this will give you a sense of what the houses are like around here. Um, a lot of short term rentals in this area. These are very nicely kept, very cute bungalows, generally speaking. Um, you are literally. You will need a car if you, if you, if you come here, but Uber, uh, sorry, that's not true, actually. You could probably get, you can definitely Uber, but you would not probably walk to the bars or to downtown. That is downtown there. So that's how close you are from Alameda and Monroe. Um, That's across the river. And these are the types of homes around here. As you get a sense, bungalows, most of, um, not most of them, but a lot of them have been redeveloped. And um a lot of them have houses. Behind For short term rentals, especially. So, this is 1603, 1605. And that's what you get. If you note there is no restriction of parking on the side streets, although there is on Monroe. And that's downtown.
