All right, what's going on y'all? This is Joshua with TruVibe. One more time and we are continuing to check out the neighborhood. Uh, we are over here in West Austin, uh, Just showing you guys, uh. Some of these rental properties and Airbnbs or short term rentals for Truvibe, and uh. Yeah, just taking a look. We are right now, we're near West 12th Street. And a This is where the pin dropped us, so we're just exploring the little back alleyways like we love to do. Got some cool uh houses back here, looking pretty chill. It's not a like, not too many of these houses, uh. Are like on the newer side, but. Definitely look like some cool spots to stay. I think this neighborhood is just really nice and quiet and chill, so I get good vibes over here. Um, houses are older, but, uh. Yeah, maybe find a short term rental or Airbnb in this spot on this side over here. Looks like we've got, you know, long cruise over here on this way, but um, Yeah. Uh, we're right over on the block, uh, we're two blocks away from West Lynn. Uh, and that's where we had all those coffee shops and uh. Cafes and whatnot taco place, um. But yeah, there's also a nursery uh walk by. That's over here, so. Yeah. It's pretty cool, um, but this is what a rental near West 12th. 1503 West 12th in Austin, Texas, looks like.
