All right, what's going on y'all? This is Joshua with TruVibe, and we are down here on the corner of 8th and Chicon, uh, and just showing you guys some of the neighborhood rental properties. I actually have the uh road closed this way. So, uh, not too much to go off of, on over there. Um, but right across the way is, uh, Houston Tilson, uh, It's called a university and uh. It's one of the, uh, Schools out here. And uh we're gonna walk up to 9th, I guess I'll just show you guys a little bit of the neighborhood, but. Seems really cool, uh, on this side, it's pretty chill, um, you know, the school is right across the way. Um, so it's not, uh. Not too crazy. An area. Uh. It's like we got some Pretty newer updated houses and homes over here. And uh Just pretty chill vibes. So. Let me pull up over here. That's the main interest for the campus. And See classes in session. Kind of Interesting looking house here. Yeah, we've got a lot of newer homes on this side. Looks like, uh. Pretty nice over here. So, um, we'll get back over here, talk to you guys about the area a little bit more, show you guys what's near and close by. We'll go from there. Um, But yeah. Pretty chill vibes. But um, anyways, uh, we walked down to 7th and Chicon from 8th and Uh, just to show you guys the main road here. Uh, and also, like I said, they got a lot of construction going on over there, so it's, uh, pretty, uh, Pretty busy over there and there's some guys on the corner, so I was like, yeah, let me come over. Um, it was, uh. See, uh, the area we've got a pretty, uh, busy highway. We got Rozco's, uh, comedy club, a pawn shop. Uh, there's a 7-Eleven. There's some little shops over here, barbershops, uh, tattoo shops, uh, Space Cowboy, which never actually looked to see what it is. I think it's just some type of like event venue, but. There's gonna be a little more restaurants Uh, and then, uh, Lazarus Brewing, uh. Let's see on this side. Yeah, it's vibes right now, uh, see, uh, the 7th that takes you up to the highway and then going into the city, see the skyline. Yeah, clouds looking for you. pretty ominous right now, but.
