On, I think this is South 3rd, um, but yeah, uh, oh, no, South 2nd Street. I apologize for that. But, um, yeah, we're on South 2nd and, uh, as you see, yeah, so quiet little area. First and very beautiful homes because people care about their homes in this area. It's very cool. Did you see some of the, you know, older homes, but even still, you know, you know, the yard is cleaned up, everything looks nice, uh, and, uh. Yeah, I mean let's peek this over here. It looks really cool. We'll walk down to Milton, show you guys a side street down there, see what Milton looks like. But uh it doesn't, yeah, it doesn't look like there's too many, you know, sketchy areas. It looks like this is a, these are well maintained neighborhoods. He goes to Weymouth, let's see if we can get some uh sponsorship from Weymouth. You know, but anyways, uh. You know, we got self-driving cars, we got nice, very nice homes over here. It looks like some townhouses, uh. uh Multi-unit buildings. Here we go down Milton, 2nd and Milton. Let's see it. You see it? This looks like the uh house from up right there, the old man's house. But yeah, no, it's very cool. Um, if I, I, if I had the money to stay in this area and the price was right, I would definitely stay around here. It looks very cool, it looks like, uh, you can find some good little spaces to stay and like I said, we are, you know, close, close enough to the action where, you know, you don't feel like you're Um, you know, out in the sticks, but also far enough away that you can relax and have some calmness and peace about life. So, um, Yeah, plenty of street parking. I don't see, I haven't seen any parks or anything like that in the area, but I'm pretty sure there's something around here that's pretty close. If we pull it up on maps, it wouldn't be too far away. Um, but yeah, this is what a rental near 1602 South Second Street looks like right now in Austin, Texas.
