Exploring Austin's Bustling Downtown: Noise, Construction, and Limited Parking Around Garden St.
All right, so this area, um, near the pen is on East Cesar Chavez and Sabine Street, um, right next to the Fairmont Hotel, which is right here, um, and East 35 is right there, and then Rainey Street which. Um, this is also a, a good area, um, right in this spot specifically, really your only rental or housing, uh, options is the Fairmont. Um, there's other, you know, options across the street on Rainy Street, but right here specifically at this pin, um, the options are a little bit more limited to, uh, you know, a, a more higher-end hotel. Um, like I said, this is the hotel right here. There is parking here, but, um, it's rather expensive, but there is some other public parking over there by Platinum Parking, which is also a little bit pricey. So, um, definitely take that into consideration that you'll probably have a pretty hefty parking bill if you're staying in this area as there's not much street parking either. So, um, it's also relatively busy, um, right here on Cesar Chavez is a, a very busy street, always lots of traffic and, and road noise. People walking around, um, and then there's a lot of construction in the area too, which you can probably hear in the background of it, so, um, definitely a few things to take into consideration with noise level and construction, um. I would stay in this area, uh, if the price is right, I mean I know that uh the Fairmont here is a pretty pricey hotel, so, um, there's some other locations that are like, uh, not too far from here that might be more bang for your buck for sure, but, um, you're looking for a high-end stay right here at the Fairmont Depot. Um, this is about a rental near Garden Street, um, Near Waller Creek in Austin, Texas, 78701 is really like right now.
