All right, y'all, what's going on? This is Joshua with TruVibe at 717 Oasis Street in Austin, Texas right now. And just showing you guys a view of the area. Um, it's a little bit, I'd say about 2 blocks away from, uh, 6th Street. And uh, Seems pretty quiet right now. There's a uh hotel here, but also behind the hotel. It looks like there's some uh apartments, whatnot, um. And just uh Just kind of more of a little, a little bit of a hilly area, um, but, uh, we're very close to South Lamar and, uh. Or North Lamar, I'm not sure where it switches over. But, um, there's that, uh, that Whole Foods that I've talked, told you guys about, which is about 4 or 5 minutes away. There's an REI, um, there's more restaurants and things like that, um. Talked about earlier, um, and then, uh, 24 Diner, um, on Lamar as well, so. Yeah, uh, pretty quiet vibes over here. Um, if the price is right, definitely would stay in the area. It seems like there's some good spots over here, especially, um, once you pass, um, going further west on, on, uh, on 6th, but it looks like there would be some, you know, cool little condos with some good views and everything like that, especially if you can get a Short term rental or whatever and you know some of these towers up here have a good uh good view of the city and down below but um. Yeah, that's gonna wrap it up for us, I guess. Um, this is what a rental near 717 Nueces Street looks like in Austin, Texas right now.
