South Congress Snapshot. Exploring Austin's South Congress: A Quiet, Modern Neighborhood Unveiled

All right, what's going on everyone? This is Joshua with TruVibe, and we are just showing you another neighborhood rental check and uh right now we are in the uh South Congress area between Live Oak and 3rd Street, um, we're on 3rd and Live Oak. And uh yeah, cool little alleyway. So we're gonna walk down a little bit, just explore, see what's down here cause, you know, this is the stuff everybody doesn't really see it's the stuff that's back through here. Most people drive that main road, so let's see what we got over here. We've got some very beautiful homes. Newer architecture going on. And uh Yeah, this place looks like it's got a house and a little guest house. It's got a small pool in the background. Backyard and uh. Yeah. Very cool, so. Uh, anyways. That, uh, the end of this little alley is uh South first. So it's in walking distance and uh close to that, you know, little food area. So, like I told you guys about Phoebe's, great spot to go, get some food, and then, um, Yeah, but it seems very quiet over here, very chill. It's not too much foot traffic going on, not too many people hanging out back here, you know, um, so not too sketchy or whatever, you know. Uh, it's a cool little older house though. It's got that cobblestone going. And here we go, some newer. Newly built homes and yeah. Good little spot over here. So, um, yeah, if the price is right, I would definitely stay in this area, looks cool. Um, and, uh, yeah. Looks like it would be a good little spot, good location off the beaten path, you know, it's, we're still, we're about a 15 minute, 20 minute drive to central downtown, get to 6th Street or whatever from here with traffic right now, it's probably like, you know, I'd say about 25 minutes. I mean, by the time you get done parking and everything like that, um. Depending on where you park. You know, you can be down there about 25-30 minutes. Pull up at your location and and. Sitting down drinking a nice cocktail or eating your nice dinner, steak dinner at one of our awesome steakhouses here in Texas. But yeah, um, this is what a rental near West Gibson and Boldon Avenue looks like in Austin right now.
