Uh, still dead and down that way, but there's a lot of, a lot of nice houses over here. Um, If, if it was up to me, uh, and the money was right, I would definitely stay in this area, um. You've got street parking, uh, very nice homes, a very well maintained yard, very quiet neighborhood, um, and yeah, yeah, landscaping is pretty good. It's a couple of spots could be cleaned up, but like, yeah, not too bad at all. Look at this big old house there, it's really cool. I don't know if that's a a uh Airbnb rental, but it looks like a good place for like a group, um, and they've got quite a few houses like that in this area for like, you know, you got, you know, 10 to 15 people for a corporate event, and this is what, you know, some of these houses are looking like they, they could accommodate you for. So, um, Anyways, uh, like I said, it's very calm over here. Uh, it's not, I don't see any construction. Um, we're just walking down the side street here so we can show you guys a little bit more of the view, but yeah, we're still South 3rd, yeah, so pretty quiet, pretty good little area and uh This is what a rental near 807 Jewel Street in Austin, Texas looks like.
