Verde Hills Review. Exploring the Verde Hills: A Rental Review Near Austin's Barton Springs Park

All right, what's going on everyone? This is Joshua with TruVibe once more, and we are standing on the corner of Lund and Azie Morton Road, and uh just showing you guys a view of the area, uh, right across the way. You see, uh, you can see through there, there's Barton Springs Park and beautiful dog there. Um, but yeah, it's a lot of cool houses over here, really big houses, um, looks like a good spot if you wanted to have a large like A group or something like that, this would be. There's some rentals in the area. I think they would be able to accommodate you guys. So, um, but we're gonna walk up in here to the neighborhood a little bit. And yeah. Really steep hills. Winding roads. Um, So the walkability could be a little bit difficult for some people, but It's pretty cool. We've been walking, so, get our steps in, get the caps burning. Uh, yeah, no, it looks like a really nice uh area, lots of very wooded. Lots of foliage, uh, lots of shade. Um, so a good spot to come hang out. Probably a lot of mosquitoes though, in the summertime, but um. Yeah, you see it. It's a very, very nice little area. So, um, yeah, if the price is right, and, you know, I was hosting like a You know, large family or. Maybe like a group retreat or something like that, and I would definitely try to look into something like around this area. Uh, Looks really nice over here.
