Austin Neighborhood Review. Charming South Austin Neighborhood Offers Quiet Retreat with Modern and Classic Homes

What's going on everyone? This is Joshua coming at you with one more rental check. Uh, we are, uh, finishing up our Review of the South Austin area and just showing you guys some of the places that are close by. Um, see this, uh, neighborhood, man, it's got, it's got some really nice homes like we've, we've been around, you see, you can actually see the Congress light there from here, so we're, we're actually like a block away, so, um. Really quiet, really peaceful. It's not like, you know, ducking off of 6th Street and like, uh, you know, you're just out of the, out of the noise. Like this is actually like really, really nice quiet neighborhood where you can just, you know, Find a home anywhere over here and just know that you're gonna not have to run into, you know, a lot of problems and like you can immediately put, put the noise out of your head and, you know, have a quiet walk back to your, uh, Airbnb or wherever you're staying. Um, so, Yeah, I've showed you guys a couple of times, but yeah, we've got a lot of good, uh, parking for street parking. Um, this looks like a church to be or something like that. Yeah, it's a church, um. And uh. Yeah, uh. A couple of places. There's a spot for rent over here, so it might be a good time to look into moving here if you want to, but um I love this house right here. It's got a really good mix over over here of, you know, really modern looking homes and then, you know, the ones that you should see that have been here for a while, but like just really nice little single family homes that I, I think that, you know, maybe they've probably done some updating or whatever, but They're still really nice. Like everything is, um, got that, you know, classic kind of feel. So, um, I would definitely stay in this area if the price is right. Uh, it's so close to food, so close to, you know, events and locations, everything like that. Honestly, kind of wanna rent that that house there. It looks really like the perfect spot, so.
