All right y'all, this is Joshua with TruVibe coming at you one more time. Uh, we are on 24th and Oasis, and we are just showing you guys the vibe of the neighborhood. Uh, right now we are standing outside of Victory Lap, which is a Cool little venue, um, for people to come hang out, watch a football game, chill, hang out, um, see a lot of people outside, uh, just chilling and it's Sunday, so just walking through the neighborhood, it's pretty quiet. Um. People have to go cram before they got their uh. Next round of classes this week, but you see, uh, you got some, um, student housing probably looks like and then, uh, you got also just regular condos, things like that once you get some more sort of housing, um, and you're only, you know, you can see, uh. Guadeloupe from down here so it's pretty quiet, uh, right now, but during the week it's pretty busy, one of the busiest streets out here so, um, if I, if the price was right though, I would stay in the area, uh, you got insomnia cookies over there, you got food, um, and the walkability is pretty cool, um, I feel like the best way to get around is riding on the scooters, um. You know, just getting dropped off in an Uber because it's, it's pretty walkable. So, anyways, uh, this is what a rental look, looks like near Nues and 24.
