Waller Street Realities. Exploring Austin's Quiet Historical District: A Real Look at 705 Waller Street

All right, what's going on y'all? This is Joshua once again with TruVibe and Continuing to show you guys a little area around here um plus the 6th and Waller. We're on 8th right now and we are in the, uh, historic East 8th district, um. And uh yeah, I'm just showing you guys uh more of the view. Uh this is a Seems like actually a pretty quiet little spot. There's a good uh. A bunch of houses and things like that. Um, you see this like old like colonial style, um, houses and, uh, yeah, it looks like a, it looks like a pretty quiet little area for people to come and, uh, Relax and chill. It's more, it's a little bit off the beaten path. There's not too much traffic going down 7th and 8th or whatever. So, yeah, um. I would say that the uh area. Seems to be pretty chill. It's probably 11 of those ones where it's, it's really close to get to things, but also. Um, Seems like it would be a good spot to just, you know, if you wanna be close but not have to. Worry about, uh, you know, too much noise going on, um, you can stay here. And, uh, Yeah. Parking looks like it's mostly street parking over here. They have some meter parking, I think it looks like on this street, but then if you go down into the neighborhoods, there might be a little bit more spots to, to park and everything like that. Um, and then you got your driveways and everything. So, um, honestly, this looks pretty cool. It'd be nice to stay in one of these like older homes and And, uh, you know, get that old timey vibe and uh. Yeah, I would, if I, if it was up to me, I'd probably stay over here.
