All right, what's going on everyone? This is Joshua with True Vibe, and we are standing outside 1215 Holly Street in Austin, Texas, just showing you guys more of the uh neighborhood near Riverside and. The Ladybird Lake Trail, uh, so we got some pretty cool houses. Uh, I like that little blue one in the end. It's almost like a OK uh. A barn of types. Like a silo. Um, got a nice little with the house, actually, I think we saw that one the other day. It's got some nice little, um, like gates on the back, but yeah, getting to know the neighborhood a little bit more, we got some pretty cool spots, um, and. This is, uh, it seems like it's a little bit busier, obviously, it's got a two lane, but it's going, you know, straight down there to I-35, um. And, um, going northbound and, uh, so yeah, it's gonna be a little bit more traffic to the neighborhood. It's also getting the rush hour, so. The people just getting home, people walking their dogs and hanging out, just driving by and enjoy their quiet evening. Um, but anyways, that's gonna wrap it up for us.
