Austin Residential Check. Exploring Austin's 1001 Maufrais Street: A Quiet yet Urban Residential Gem

All right, what's going on y'all? This is Joshua with True Vibe once more, uh, giving you another rental check, and we are here on 10th and La Frece. And uh I'm just checking out the neighborhood. It looks pretty cool, uh. See a lot of the West West Texas or West Austin has a lot of these like cool little houses on this West 6th area, downtown area. Um, you see a lot of uh You know, Really, uh. Mixed-use houses. There's a lot of houses, a lot of, uh, condos, lots of, you know, apartments and things like that. But yeah, it's actually a pretty cool little area though. I like this pool, uh, well, yeah, it looks like the pool is there. It's closed right now, but there's a park, basketball court. Uh. And yeah, we're still not too far away from the uh From the strip, but this is. This is quiet and peaceful. I feel like I would want to do this. It looks like, yeah, some of these homes might have like a fireplace or something. I think it would be cool to get a home that was had a fireplace and chill in the wintertime, um.
