East Cesar Vibe Check. Exploring East Cesar Chavez Vibes: Food Trucks, Parks, and Peaceful Streets

All right guys, uh, this is Joshua with True Vibe, and we are taking a look at another rental check here area. Um, so right now we're on, uh, East Cesar Chavez and Chicon Street, and, uh, right in front of Luo's little, uh, chicken restaurant looks like chicken burgers is what they got and custard, uh. But yeah, we're gonna take a walk over here and uh just check out the neighborhood. Uh, there's a park over over this way, so I'm just gonna walk for a minute just to see the vibes, see the. Atmosphere over here. Uh, back on Cesar Chavez, they did have a, like a little food truck park as well. Um, so there's, we're actually kind of sandwiched in between two of them, so lots of food options, but, uh, yeah, you see it's a little quiet neighborhood, I guess, well, somebody just came home, so the dogs are excited, they're barking. But, uh, yeah, this is a quieter part of town, so you've got houses and stuff like that, um. And Couple, couple units over here, right by the fire station. Uh, from a, from a fire truck here. And uh Yeah. So, we go back, if we keep going down this way, uh, on the right hand side, there's gonna be a park, uh, we have pickleball and everything like that. So, we got pickleball, we got baseball field, um. And playground equipment, so it's a pretty good little area, but yeah, this is the view here. We're gonna walk back over, uh, back up to Uh, Cesar Chavez here. And Yeah, just call it Call it on the check. So yeah, uh, good spot. It's actually a little bit further away from most of the action. Uh, so if you want something more quiet and peaceful, um, then this would be the area is a little bit, uh, Little bit of a, uh, Part of town where there's like little older buildings and everything like that. So there's some, some, uh, some businesses that have gone down or whatever, um, but also, yeah, we got a bus shelter here, so if you need to, if you wanna catch the bus or whatever and get around, it's pretty close, uh, gas station right there across the way, not my favorite gas station, but. Uh, uh. They hit you with those credit card fees. Anyways, uh, yeah, grocery store over here and. And. We made it back. So, that's what we got here. All right, y'all, so, uh, we are back here on EC Chave and Chicon and, uh, yeah, just um. Just give you guys a little heads up about the area like, uh, so Cesar Chavez, it's uh, it's a pretty busy throw, Fred you see like, uh, there's a lot of traffic over here, maybe bus route, so. That's pretty cool, but, uh, we do, like I said, uh, there's that food truck cart that's out there about, you know, 20 yards away. And then we got another food truck cart, uh, for like another 20 yards going that way. Yeah, this, this area can be a little bit, uh, it could be a little bit, uh, Dicey. Sometimes there's a lot of, like you said, the bus route area. Um, there's a lot of, uh, Homeless, you know, uh. People that live down more towards the, the highway. So I just like, you know, avoiding in that direction, but this way it's a little bit more like, you know, there's a school up there, there's Homes and then back over here it's gonna be like more bars and restaurants and things like that to come check out. So, um, anyways, uh, if you are booking here, uh, I'd say around uh more towards this uh Chicon side on towards the north Chicon area, uh, and, um.
