All right, what's going on everyone? This is Joshua with TruVibe, and we are showing you our last video over here of, uh, the East Cesar Chavez Pedernales area. We just passed, uh, We're down here by Pleasant Valley Road And uh Yeah, just showing you guys a little bit of the area, um, just found this cool little, uh, Japanese barbecue spot, uh, Kemuri Tatsuya, and, uh, It's pretty cool. I looked at the menu, may try it, but there's those little gems, those little hideaway spots that you don't know, they probably have really great food. Um, they're not open yet, but, uh, Looks like a good place to come check out, and you see the neighborhood over here, uh, pretty quiet. Not too much going on, just a couple of uh. It's like uh duplexes or something, condos. Just uh A Little bit of those. Good blend of like new school and old school houses over here in the area. It's like a church over here. It's well Um, a couple houses for sale, but yeah, some. If I could find a a house in this area, it'd probably be dangerous, man, cause that, that little barbecue spot is right there. It looks, looks like it's actually pretty good. It smells good. They just, they just fired up the grill, start putting food on there, so, anyways, um, yeah, this is a view of the area. Uh, near East Cesar Chavez and 2nd Street, and I see Pleasant Valley too, so.
