Um, it's right off the highway, um. So it is probably gonna be a little bit loud of times, especially with, you know, sirens and traffic and all that kind of stuff going by, trucks and motorcycles, you know, whizzing by. Um, it also looks like they got a little bit of construction going as well, um, in this area. So, you know, uh, probably, you know, if you got, if maybe if you got good insulation, it'll be all right, but I'm not really too sure on all that. Uh, other than that, yeah, uh, it's, uh, Uh, it's right across the way. There's like little hospitals, there's like, uh, like senior homes and stuff back there as well. Um, and then, uh, you're about, you know, 5 minute walk from Lady Bear Lake, um, and on the east, east side of the South Shore, and, uh, Yeah, no, it's, um It's pretty chill, or North Shore, sorry, east side of the North Shore. Um, but yeah, no, it's, um, not too far away, so you can walk down to the lake if you want to. I also have this, uh, up to the left here is like a community garden, you can go and pick like garden and see like plants and stuff like that. People have plots of land, whatever. So, it's kind of an interesting little spot, little area, seems uh very neighborly in a ways, but also, you know, very quiet and Chill. It doesn't seem like too much is going on.
