All right, what's going on y'all? This is Joshua with TruVibe once more, and we are standing outside of Camino Flats. Uh, it's an apartment building, complex, whatever, and, uh, yeah, just showing you guys a view of the, uh, Area over here by Rio Grande and. 30th. We're, we're kind of a little bit 29th and 28th Street, but, um, this is what it looks like over here. It's got some houses, uh, alongside some of these apartment complexes, things like that, um. Lots of uh places leasing right now. Um, you see a lot of student housing. We got some, uh, gentlemen over here, they're working on, uh, looks like they're laying down some foundations over there. So, um, yeah, it's a good little area. Um, it seems pretty quiet a little bit quieter over here, um, but, uh, you know, steady, steady traffic coming through, not too crazy. Um, we're about, uh, 2 blocks away from Guadeloupe, and, uh, Guadalupe And uh yeah. Uh, very close to, you know, the food and everything like that. Uh, there's a. Quite a few shops in the area we talked about. And uh. Yeah, just checking it out. It looks pretty cool. It looks pretty quiet over here. Um, if I was, uh, to come visit and the price was right. I would definitely You know, get a spot over here cause there's, there's a lot of activity and things to do over here, and it doesn't seem like it's too loud or intrusive. I see, oh yeah, we got a, we got a big project going on, so. That's cool. Um, yeah, if you're probably don't want to be right next door to these guys, but. Um, you know, they're, they're building and they're making the neighborhood look nicer, so that's all good. Um, yards look well kept around here. Uh, it doesn't seem to be, uh, too, any like sketchy areas. We're walking down here to 28, 28.5 right now, just to show you guys a side street. And Yeah. Looks pretty good. And then back up there towards the Counter Cafe. Yeah, so it looks like a good little area. So, anyways, uh, this is what a rental near Rio Grande and West 30th looks like in Austin, Texas right now.
