All right, what's going on y'all? This is Joshua one more time with TruVibe, showing you the last little bit of the area of uh West 4th and Guadeloupe right now, uh. And uh yeah, you see uh we're just over here it's not, not too much we're right in front of Hotel Zaza and uh group therapy uh cabana bar and we also see uh Perfect Strangers down there. It's a little restaurant, um, it's a little, a little quieter, emptier side of the street, uh, not too much foot traffic over here. You have the bus mall over here and right across the way. Uh, is Republic Square, uh, where they host a lot of events and things like that. I've seen some, uh, festival type of things, vibes and whatnot, um, but yeah, it's over here is, uh, the other, the southbound side of the major bus mall, and, uh, right now they have Republic Square, uh, kind of blocked off. I think they, uh, just put some new grass down, so they're trying to keep everybody off the grass, um. And yeah, but uh they have events over here. I remember, uh, over the summer they had like a crawfish boil, um, they've got roses and bagels over here, so in the morning it's a good little spot to come get some coffee, grab a bagel, and, uh, yeah, just a cool little area. They got some street art as well, and, uh, yeah. Actually a cool looking view, you know, from here, get some good, uh, nighttime photography in there with all the lights and buildings, whatnot, but, um, yeah. Pretty quiet over here right now. Not as much for traffic, but if the price is right, you know, we're not too far away from anything, so we can see, uh, You know, uh, we can see. That we're not too far away from all the action, still pretty close to getting to do things and. Finding little cool places to go, um, but yeah, that's gonna wrap it up for us.
