Austin Rental Review. Exploring the $1K/Night Rental: Curb Appeal and Neighborhood Review of 804 Winflo Drive in Austin

Here's 804 winflow. Very nice looking outside. Yeah Some apartments. More apartments over there. Here's across the street. Some issues with the house. Looks like some work being done. more. Yeah, mostly everything else is pretty nicely kept. Some bugs. Loud bug sounds. Parking seems fine and it has a garage. But nothing's too messy except for across the street. This house. Not terrible. And then the apartments here. Neighbors seem, I mean. It's daytime now, so I don't know what they get into at night, but. The road is pretty off the, the main road. So for $1000 a night, I mean, it looks like I can't see the inside, but It looks like an amazing property. So here's the house, and we'll go on a walk up the street. This is winflow and then you can already see some skyline. Probably I would bet from upstairs in the house, you can see the skyline. Keep walking here. Uh yes, I live right around here and I would feel safe walking up here at night. I mean, definitely Normal precautions and, you know. Um, here's the skyline. So that was 40 seconds. I mean, any walk Um, I think this goes more downhill. But pretty much anywhere around here. You'll get a good skyline view. OK, it's going to be blocked from this side. That's 6th Street. So, yeah, I would say. Probably up in the top floor of the house, you'd get a good view.
