All right, what's going on y'all? This is Joshua with TruVibe checking in one more time and we are showing you guys a view of the South Congress in Milton area. Uh, What some of the rentals look like in the neighborhood. Um, so if you're renting in this area, you know, just a place to come check out, uh, noise level over here, uh, there's a little construction right now during the day, but, um, This is at this intersection, um, but it seems to be a very quiet neighborhood, um, shouldn't be bothered too much. It's not like a major construction, it's just some people working on a house, so it'll probably be done in the evening time. But yeah, uh, if, if the price is right, I would definitely stay in this area. It looks really nice, you know, really close to South Congress, um, so you really have a lot of great places to, uh, go and grab some food and be really close and central to all the action, you know, we're about, you know, it's probably like a 10 minute walk, uh, to get to the uh Congress Bridge, so you can go see the bats, um, and Yeah, everything else is, uh, you know, pretty much within reach, so, um. There's a lot of street parking. Obviously, this is kind of more the. Classic neighborhood. So you got lots of street parking, um, no garages, it's really easy.
