Pretty chill vibes, pretty quiet. This gentleman on the walk. And, uh, Yeah, just, uh. Pretty chill little area. Um, we're about one block away from South First, so. All the food and uh restaurants and everything is still pretty close and seems like a pretty quiet neighborhood. I like this side of town, so versus. Uh, usually pretty nice, um, on this time, so.
