All right. So, I'm right at the pin here, um, There aren't a lot of homes, um, in this area. There's a couple of hotels. Um, there is a SoHo house which has hotels, like membership only type thing here. Um, a lot of the homes, um, that are directly near this area are kind of off on the side streets since, uh, South Congress right here is meant more for, you know, shopping and eating and drinking. Um. But, um, We do have um some side streets that are right, um, over here, um, and then there's, um, you know, kind of a side street with some parking right over here as well. Um. But uh this area is, um. It is always busy, so not, um, a ton of parking like I, I mentioned before. It is very clean, very, um, modern, you know, lots of new stores, um, kind of the old school South Congress, Austin is kind of going away to a more, uh, new modern version. Um, They're very walkable. I mean, all of the restaurants and bars and shopping, um, in this area are all right here, and you can walk to all of it. Um, there is street parking, but like I said, it's very crowded, and it is all paid, so there's no really free parking in this area. Um. And especially on the weekends, it is hard to find. Um, you definitely gotta get there early and make sure, um, that you're prepared to be able to drive around to, to find a spot, um. I definitely would stay in this area, um, if the price is right, um. If I, you know, I was coming from out of town, I mean, this is definitely one of the places you want to be in Austin, um, very popular and lots of things to do, obviously, um. Um, but yeah, just a few things to, to keep in mind, the parking and, uh, you know, how busy it is, and it's probably a little bit pricey as well, with this being one of the most desirable areas.
