Austin Suburb View. Quiet Austin Neighborhood Undergoing Modern Construction and Renovation

All right, y'all, what's going on? This is Joshua with TruVibe, and we are on 10th and Elm Street right now. And uh we've got a couple of construction projects going on over here on the left with the uh Looks like they're building an office building. Uh, I've got this house over here. It's got some work going on, and then I walked past the spot right now. They're doing a little bit of, uh, work over there as well, but, uh, right now it's pretty quiet. Um. See this house on the corner as well. So yeah, there's a couple of projects that are going right now. Update the neighborhood, but then we also got some, some pretty nice houses over here as well. Uh, We're walking down, Mr. Squirrel hanging out, popping out to say hello. Oh yes. More houses. And Yeah, these guys just look like they're working on the deck area. Just updating, doing some painting and. So. Yeah, this is a cool little cool little spot over here. It's really quiet, nice and secluded area, um, you know, away from all the noise. Not a lot of traffic rolling through, so it's a good spot to come hang out if you're trying to get in and come into town and just relax, so. Um, have yourself a staycation, you know, do, do a short term rental or get an Airbnb for the night and. Couple weekend or something like that, bring your kids cause you got a lot of houses over here. It's pretty cool. It's pretty cool. Um, if the price is right.
