All right y'all, we are doing another rental check here. We are on the corner of Roma and West Monroe. Uh, was asking for us to go a little bit further, but you see the road is closed this way, so not sure what's going on up there. Looks like they're doing some roadwork in the middle there, but, um, yeah, we are, uh, just taking a tour of this neighborhood. We got some, some really beautiful homes over here. Um. Loving the architectures. This is a style kind of one of my favorite kind of styles. It's just like the wood and the, the metal, it's very minimalist looking, um, sharp angles. Really cool. So, um, we got a couple of those, um, some of them going up. There's a new one being built right here. Excuse me. There's a new one being built right here, and uh. Yeah, it's pretty quiet over here. It's very quiet. Doesn't seem like, I can't hear any too much noise going on, but I know there's, they, they're probably cutting some uh of the road out over there, so it's probably a little bit louder earlier, but right now it seems to be a little bit quiet, so whatever they're working on. We're not worried about it, but um. Yeah, if uh the price was right, I'd definitely stay in this area. We've got a lot of nice homes, especially on the street, so. Uh, take your pick, I guess. Maybe one of these will be open and available in these new spots over here. It would be really cool. Your future house is being built. Um, anyways, um, that's gonna wrap it up over here.
