All right, y'all, this is Joshua with TruVibe, and we are wrapping up our Little vibe check, neighborhood check of the area and, uh, currently we are on Taylor Street, a little side alleyway, walking towards the highway, which just showing you guys some of the uh potential rental properties in the area. And what it looks like, um. And it seems like this property is like kind of prime location, right off the highway, which, I mean, can be a little bit loud, but also looks like it could be a good little place to host a lot of people if you guys were having like a, a business, uh, venture. You see, we're out here right by the highway, um, and if you go down here, uh, that's River Street down there, you can walk across, and then you're right there by Rainey. And if you walk, uh. Down here to the north, uh, you're running right there to that 6th Street, uh, exit. You can take a left there and you're on 6th Street. So it's actually kind of like right in the middle of some of the, uh, more busy areas of downtown. Uh, you got your option. You could start one day, maybe if you're staying for a couple of days, you go down to the left over there or. Head to the north and go to. 6th Street. Um, we're gonna walk down here to Spence and show you guys the side road. And check it out. But yeah, this area is very walkable. There's lots of shade and stuff like that, so, good little spots to just Uh, get some respite from the sun. And, yeah. Just chill.
