All right, what's going on y'all? This is Joshua with TruVibe again, and we are on the corner of 9th. And we're gonna walk down here. Show you guys more of the area. So yeah, like we mentioned before, um, it's a good little spot, like little location. It looks like we got some newer, we got some older homes. Homes I've been here for, Probably A couple decades now. But, uh, also a lot of new projects going up. The house is going up. Uh, we walked through that detour there, they're just working on the road over there. The manhole. You got the manhole cover up. So anyways, um, we're gonna take this little. Dip through here through this alleyway, show you guys what these houses look like over here in the back. A couple of pups coming down the stairs, a few pups coming down the stairs. And, uh hanging out. Town homes. The house And uh it seems pretty chill over here, so. Anyways, That's why I said this is like these alleyways are kind of like a staple of Austin's like. Kind of like my the best kept secret out here. It's a good, uh, good ways to cut through and avoid traffic and Whatnot. Some of these go for Several blocks so. He's going across. But anyways, uh, yeah, if the price is right, I'd definitely stay in this area just because like I said earlier, it's, it's closer, you saw on 7th, we walked over there. And uh. We're right there, right on the high, right on the main road to the highways. Um, Yeah, we got some beautiful homes over here though, so something was, something came up and it was, you know, a good price in, in my range, then. I would like to stay in this area because, you know, it's pretty close and so close to action and. Had a good mix good quiet neighborhood. Um, Yeah, OK, uh, we're gonna hop to the next video here.
