All right, y'all, this is Joshua with TruVibe once more, and we are standing right in front of the Manchester Fairmont here in Austin, the Fairmont Hotel. And, uh, yeah, just checking out Cesar Chavez. Uh, one of the busiest roads out here, it is. Just about to be rush hour, 4 o'clock, so I guess we're already in it. Uh, but yeah, you see lots of traffic going through right now. Is everybody's starting to head home or. Uh, and, uh, yeah, just seeing the little area. I would say this is a little bit of luck, it's a, it's a little bit of an eyesore in a, in a sense, uh, but, you know. As they build new things and everything like that, it'll get cleaned up. know. Traffic on the highways, uh, and underneath the bridge, there could be some like homeless people. So I try to uh. You know, just blaze through straight through so I don't have to worry about it, but, um, again, uh, we're about a block away from Red River, so if you just hit this like right here, uh, you can go down Red River, uh, the, uh, we used to have the convention center that was there but it is gone now and, uh, as they are under construction. I get to see it. I really love that tower. It's really cool. So, anyways, um, if I was gonna stay, uh, in Austin, I probably wouldn't stay this, in this area so much, but Probably a little bit more in you see you got the Poi here. You got these apartments actually, uh, I think I have a friend that lives in the Poi. So, oh, it's actually this building here, um, the modern, uh, and yeah, it's very cool. Got some, uh, got some nice views from, for the rest of the city to see the east side. From those, uh, high rises.
