And uh Yeah, Drake, we're on the, close to the corner of Drake and Annie, and we're just walking around checking the neighborhood out. Uh, you hear it? It's pretty quiet, pretty chill. A lot going on, but uh. Yeah, it's good vibes over here. Nice, nice little neighborhood. Uh, See these houses are. Kind of, kind of newer. Uh, as far as like updated goes, oh, there you go. There's a little dog, dog there barking at me. Um, but anyways, uh, yeah, we see, uh, we've got some newer updated houses, but then also we've got some houses that have been for a while, um. And it's a pretty chill neighborhood so far. We are. It's a 5 minute walk from South Congress. So. Yeah, it's pretty close, uh, to everything, uh, but you still get that, uh, quietness going. Oh, OK. Driving, I guess guys know we go. Um, yeah, go down Drake Avenue a little bit more. Uh, I'll show you guys the side streets here. Let's see. So this is Annie going down. So we've got some roadwork going ahead and then, um, if you go down that way. Um, that's the. West, it's gonna be. South Congress. 2 blocks away, to see the light from here. So Yeah. Other than that Uh, If the price is right, I would definitely stay in this area. I like uh. I've liked a lot of the homes in this uh South Congress area. Seems like they've got some uh some good vibes over here. Pretty chill. Quiet neighborhoods. Um It's cool. I like the little yard over here. Big yard. Got a skeleton over there. Waving at everybody.
