All right, what's going on y'all? Joshua here with True Vibe, one more time checking in and continuing to show you guys uh Cesar Chavez. Pedernales neighborhood. Uh, right now we're on 3rd Street, walking towards Pedernales and uh. Got some nice little homes over here, good mix of, uh, you know, older and newer school. Cool old truck here. Nice little project vehicle. Very cool. Um, but yeah, no, it's very, it's a lot, a lot, a lot quieter, I swear. One block makes a difference as far as sound goes, um, especially when it comes to driving towards the highway, but, um, yeah, if you're looking for a short-term rental or, uh, Airbnb, uh, this is, this, this is a good little. Stretch of the woods over here, so. Got lots of nice homes. And a. Pretty quiet. Quiet area. The dog's barking at me today, which is kind of cool. Love my puppies, but man, I would be be worried they're gonna come and come and try to get me. Anyways, um, yeah, it's pretty. Pretty quiet, not too isolated. It's, you know, we're not too far away from everything, but this looks like a little restaurant here, Eskina Tango. Um, and. So we walked down the Petronella, see a couple more homes over here, a little bit newer, newer spots over here. I like this one right across the way in the corner there. It's Suppose to be a good mix of modern and. you know, old, old East. These Cesar Chavez vibes. Um, yeah, and if we keep walking up the street here, we got about 3 blocks to go and we'll be, uh, right there, there's a little park over there. And, uh, Yeah. It's good vibes over here. So this is uh Petronella in Santa Rita. And Yeah, I would definitely stay here if the price is right. You know, it's so close to the action, but, you know, far enough away that, you know, you, you're not stuck in a bunch of crazy traffic. It was, this is a Usually a pretty open road to drive down at night, um. Or it's not like, you know, too much going or you have to deal with that 6th Street traffic or the Cesar Chavez traffic, so, good, good way to Duck off Get back to the quiet. Um, anyways, uh, this is what a rental check looks like, uh, near 2nd Street, East 2nd Street, uh, on Pedernales, um, in Austin, Texas right now. Got this little area, but. bike lane here, people biking. Like over here on the east side of Austin right now.
