All right, what's going on everyone? This is Joshua with TruVibe once more, and we are giving you guys a live look um of the South Congress area right now, we are on Park Lane and Drake, and yeah, we're just showing you guys a view of the neighborhood, uh, show you guys what's going on. You see it's really quiet, it's really Really quite serene little intersection here. Um, I believe there's a park nearby, um, but yeah, this area is pretty cool. Um, it wasn't too far of a walk, about an 8 minute walk to get to Congress, um, and, uh. Yeah, there's not a lot of sidewalks, so you do have to kind of be careful walking in the street, but um, Yeah, uh, the, the quiet is what really gets me. Like you could really have a great night of sleep here, um, and yeah, you're still not too far away from the action, so. Uh, Other than that, uh, plenty of street parking and uh. All of these places, they do have garages, um. Pretty big parking lots, uh, well, not parking lots, but yeah, driveways, whatever, um, but yeah, if, uh. Um, I really love this area of Austin. It's a really, uh, a lot of beautiful houses, um, and yeah, you always want that quiet, um, energy, then you wanna come, you know, somewhere like the, um, South Congress area for, for that piece and, uh.
