Neighborhood Insights. Exploring Dealbreakers: A Personal Take on the Neighborhood Surrounding 1703 Haskell Street, Austin

What's up guys? Some things I noticed around the neighborhood. We got a guy with a boat. We got a guy with a Tesla. We've got like kind of an older property here on the corner. You can see the fence could be updated and there's a tire in the tree. And we also are right next to the school, and I personally, that's a deal breaker for me because I like to slam beers and smoke cigarettes, and I feel guilty doing that next to a school, but if that's, you know, that's personal. But uh, that's what I noticed. Hey guys! This is a great, this is a great spot, this is a great neighborhood. The only thing I can see that's not part of the listing is there's a little construction on the other side of 35 that you can see, it's a little bit of an eyesore. Uh, but besides that, everything's great.
