Austin Neighborhood Insight. Exploring Austin: A Snapshot of Life Near Willow Street’s Quiet Charm and Urban Pulse

All right, what's going on y'all? This is Joshua with TruVibe, and we are doing another rental check here. We are at 1008 Willow Street, and just checking out the surrounding area, showing you guys what it's like, and got a pretty quiet little neighborhood over here. We've got some uh older design homes over here, but Some of them are updated, exterior is really nice and everything like that, and uh it's pretty cool, pretty cool little vibes. Um, so we're gonna walk down here to San Marcos, show you guys a little side street, you check it out, see what the, see what San Marcos looks like, but You know, you can hear uh. Here it is pretty quiet over here. Uh, right up ahead is the highway. It's gonna be IH 35 going uh northbound. And if you walk under that underpass over there, you're right there on uh Rainy Street, just, uh, taking river up there where we just came from. Uh, it's also about a 7 or 8 minute walk, I guess, uh. Yeah, and then, uh. So the right up here is going to be Cesar Chavez. It's about 2 blocks away, actually just 1 block. That next light up there is gonna be Cesar Chavez, so, uh. We were there earlier today, but yeah, this is the other side of uh San Marcos. And Yeah, it's a pretty cool little vibe over here. So, I think this will be a good little area to stay, um, where you could just, you know, walk and not have to deal with driving over to get to Rainy if you want to stay in the rainy area, um, and, uh. Yeah, beautiful day, man. I kind of like this pink house, but because it's kind of got this, uh, it seem like a chocolate strawberry Neapolitan vibe, I guess.
