All right, what's going on y'all? Uh, this is Joshua with TruVibe once more, and we're giving you, uh, one more last look at the, uh, North Pleasant Valley. Are. Uh. Yeah, we're right now, we're on uh the corner of Elmont and Wickersham and about the 4600 block. Um, a ballpark right here in North Ballpark is the uh apartment complex that we pulled up to and you see, yeah, there's a lot more of like the apartments, like smaller vibes. So, you know, that econ. Economical, uh. Area, uh, it seems, seems like it's pretty cool over here, you know, uh, it's got gated access, so I can't go inside and walk around, but, uh, Appears to be a little bit of police activity over there, so we're just gonna stay this way. Um, but yeah, you see the area. I mean, there's sidewalks and everything like that. I wouldn't, wouldn't classify this as walkable as far as like getting to, you know, uh, You know, something fun or interesting or whatever like that. It's more of just a lot of apartment homes. There's a little park here, so you can go play basketball. Um, it looks like it's got a little tennis court, so you can do tennis or pickleball, whatever, whatever floats your boat, um, take the kids out to go play. Um, I'm not sure if that's like gated off or anything like that, but this apartment complex does have that. Um, this place probably has like a pool or something like that. It looks like a little bit of a more, uh, recently, uh, built, uh, little apartment spot. So, yeah. We're about 2 or 3 minutes away from that HEB that's over there off of Pleasant Valley and Riverside and uh. Other than that, it seems to be, you know, a lot cooler. It's not as many, you know, people walking by and stuff like that. So, so it seems like it's a little bit more quiet, a little quieter when you get into the neighborhood over here, so.
