All right, y'all, what's going on? This is Joshua with True Vibe, and we are. Near Haskell and. Robert C. Martinez. And uh we are just uh checking out. Uh, this little alleyway here. Some more houses, potential Airbnb and rentals. And a Yeah, it's pretty cool. We've got some cool looking houses over over here. I've also seen some, uh, like kind of some condos on the next street over that looks really nice. Um. But yeah. Pretty quiet right now. Feel secluded, got squirrels jumping around everywhere. Couple of dogs outside hanging out. Chilling. But uh Yeah, it's pretty cool. A nice little breeze going. The cold front has left us. So now we're just, uh, Back up into the 70s and 80's again. Which is nice. But yeah, seems like we've got a lot of nice little houses and properties over here. So It's pretty cool. Um, We're now closer to Lady Riar Lake. So we've gone further south, um, so probably about a. Probably about a 10 minute walk. Depending on your speed, but.
