It looks like out here. It's pretty chill, pretty quiet. Had a family out there walking by. Uh, just checking out the neighborhood, but it's pretty quiet over here. Um, looks like, uh, across the way they do have some, uh, some more houses being built over there. Um, but yeah, you guys here, it seems pretty isolated. Um, there's a little school up the, up the way. Um, there's a park around the like. They have a park attached to it, um, and, um, if you go take a left and take a right on a Uh, River Street, and you can go down straight down that way across the highway and get to, uh. Riverside and um it's pretty cool over there about, you know, 10 minutes away from Labor Lake if you wanna walk down there, it's not too bad of a walk. Um and then yeah, um, like I told you guys earlier, there's a Whole Foods in the area, there's lots of spots um to go and eat and stuff on Cesar Chavez and, uh. On 6th Street, so you got a lot of options. This actually seems like, like I said, it's pretty central, uh, location. Uh, to downtown, uh, so. Um, this is what a rental near 1410 Garden Street looks like. This is what it actually looks like. Um, looks like it's well maintained property, so. Yeah, yeah, if it was, uh, it was the right price, I'd definitely stay here, um. But yeah, this is what it looks like right now.
