Austin Hillside Tour. Exploring Austin's Scenic Hills: A Friendly Walkthrough of Local Charm and Urban Views

All right, what's going on everybody? This is Joshua, uh, with TruVibe. And we are standing, uh, right near 111 West 7th Street in Austin, Texas right now. Show you that hill I just walked up. It's pretty, uh, pretty intense. Um, but yeah, no, uh. I guess for walkability, if you don't like to walk up hills like that, this is probably not the place for you, but, you know, it gets your blood flowing, which is cool, um, you know, you got. Good little, get a little exercise ahead of you there. So, and imagine if you do like a couple laps, yeah. But anyways, um. Yeah, these are the houses over here, with some beautiful homes, well kept yards. I, I say that over on this side, it's really nice, and then this side it's like, it could use a little bit of work, but um. Look at those cactuses just growing over here. Love that. It's like agave. Yeah. Yeah, so we got some nice little houses over here. Look at that stock, man. That blooms, it's gonna be very nice, beautiful. The first guy. Plants are incredible. In the right conditions, they'll grow forever. Um So yeah, uh, we are walking up towards Baylor right now. Um, And we're on 9th Street. Just show you guys, uh, I can see South Lamar from here or North Lamar from here, so, south is the other direction, uh, but we are North Lamar. Looks like we got a little, uh, house being worked on right now over here as well. So, seeing about 3 or 4 people working on homes in this area since I've been over here. So we got maybe some new spots coming up that opened up, that house back there in the cut as well. Um. Yeah, uh. Got the bird feeder going. It's pretty nice, pretty nice little area. Uh, seems really quiet, seems really peaceful. Once again, I don't like, you wanna avoid the hills, maybe, um. This is not the area for you, but you know, if you're training for You know, Summer Olympics, this might be a good neighborhood to get your cross country, uh, Cross country, uh, events going. Maybe a little running, maybe a little biking. There's plenty of hills, um, and plenty of space here for you guys. But, uh, that's gonna wrap it up for us.
