Quiet Austin Street. Quiet Austin Neighborhood Boasts Modern Homes Amid Ongoing Construction

All right, what's going on everyone? This is Joshua with TruVibe once more, and we are continuing our journey around the neighborhood close to the Umla sculpture garden and uh as you see, uh, it's pretty quiet over here, lots of uh construction, whatever not going on, building new homes and home improvement projects that are happening in the area, but other than that, man, it's pretty chill over here, it's pretty quiet, um. Like I said, there's a little bit more activity over here cause you got a couple of buildings going up, but, uh, man, some really beautiful homes. I really like this one here. Uh, architecture is one of my favorite things, so. I just have that taste for that and I love it. So it's, it's really cool to see some of these like, you know, homes that look like they were built in like the 60s and 70s, um like single level homes, um. Great stuff, uh, very shaded area, lots of, lots of foliage and everything like that, lots of trees and everything like that. It's gonna look great in the, once the springtime starts to roll around as we get through the winter, um, but yeah, uh, see some of these places got pools in the backyard, um, it's very secluded, uh, very, uh, good spot to come back to if you are just looking for, uh. You know, a quiet getaway in Austin. That, you know, you're not expecting. It was like drive down the street and you're like, oh cool, it's actually really quiet, um, you know, very walkable, there's lots, I mean, there's no sidewalks over here. I'm just walking in the street, but there's not too much traffic, so I still feel safe. Uh, doesn't seem sketchy. Got a couple of people, you know, out riding bikes, neighbors talking to each other, walking the dog, um. And yeah, that's, that's it. So if it was up to me, if I had the, the money was right and everything like that, I would definitely stay in this area, come check it out, and uh enjoy the, enjoy my stay. Hello.
