All righty, I'm here outside of the Peter Pan mini golf right here on Barton Springs and South Lamar, um. This area, um, is very popular. Uh, there's, um, all kinds of restaurants and, um, bars in this area. Um, as you can see, there is a Starbucks right there, there's a saloon right across the street, and then, um, you're also right, um, on Barton Springs here, which gets you straight down to Zona Park for ACL if you're staying in this area for that. Um, and then down South Lamar is like, You know, pretty much any restaurant you can think of, um, you have right there. So, um, good, um. In a distance to uh downtown, which is just right across the river as well, um. So, uh, definitely a desirable area. It's, uh, pretty busy. Um, it's, it's very safe, uh, you know, not sketchy or anything like that, but, um, it's, uh, you know, very highly desired and right here near downtown, so. Good amount of traffic and uh Um, the car is pretty much at all at all hours, so. You definitely see people at all times and. It's well lit, things like that at night. Um Like I said, coffee shop right there, restaurants, bars right down the street, shops and stuff. There's even some, uh, uh, vintage and thrift shopping just down the street here as well, um. I think one pleasant surprise if you, um, you know, uh, have a dog with you, there is a dog daycare, um, right here across the street, the grayed outdoors. Um, you can see all the little fake dogs around the front and on the roof, which is funny. Um. So yeah, uh, like I said, uh, it's a great area. Definitely would, uh, recommend staying in this area. You wanna stay near Peter Pan right here on, uh, Barton Springs in Lamar, um, in Austin, Texas, 78704. This is what it feels like right now. Um, well, if you want to stay somewhere near Peter Pan, uh, mini golf on 1207 Barton Springs Road, which is right here, um, Best streets or pockets to stay, I think, are the Ziler area, which is kind of just right, um, on the other side of the west side of Lamar and the south side of Barton Springs there, or, um, probably one of the apartment complexes that are just, um, up a little bit further north on Lamar, where there's probably a lot of Airbnbs and, uh, you know, options for staying there, um, anywhere in this area is good, to be honest, um, lots of food and, and drinks, um, you know, restaurants and bars and shopping all along Lamar and um downbarton Springs right here in this area. Uh Getting around is easy, like I said, um, it is busy, so there's lots of, uh, traffic pretty much at all times in this area, but Uber is relatively available, Limes, scooters, things like that, um, are all pretty easily accessible, um, in this area. So, there's even some food trucks, um, right here and this lot as well, as you can see. So, um, if you're booking here, I'd stay, um, right here around this area. I probably wouldn't, um, You know, go any further, um, north on Lamar, past the, the Soca area, like across the river, um, as you get to downtown, and uh it's a little bit more expensive over there. I think you probably get a better bang for your buck, um, on the side of, uh, the river and, you know, closer to to Barton Springs Road, um, and anything south of there.
