Austin's South First. Neighborhood Near South First in Austin: A Blend of Comfort and Construction

All right, y'all, uh, this is Joshua again with TruVibe, and we are checking in one more time, to show you guys a little bit more of the neighborhood near South First, and, uh, yeah, we've gone a little bit closer. We're about a block away. If you look down this way, you can see that, uh, South First is just that next street, a little traffic picking up over here. It's, uh, you know, just after lunchtime, so it's gonna be a little bit more traffic. Um, see, we do have a couple of home improvement projects going on. Got some guys working on a paveway over there, um, and then this guy's working on the yard over on this side, um, but yeah, no, it's a good vibe, it's a cool little neighborhood, um. Got some nice houses. Looks like we got some like a car. Apartment complex. It does seem cool. You see a lot of street parking. Um, looks like a lot of, there's a lot of cars in the area, but also some of these trucks clear out, probably, you know, have more space. There's, there seem to be a lot more like projects going on, so, um. A lot of construction trucks to see. Uh, Yeah. See more tools and things like that. Some nice houses though. I really like this black one here. It's like, well, dark gray, dark gray, but This Looks like a well kept area, you know, it looks like, uh, you know, once this all this construction is done, it's, you know, to make everything look better, and I think everybody's trying to, uh, be good neighbors about it. So, it seems cool. Um, like I said, we're all right here by South First, so, uh, you won't, uh, Be too far away from the action and uh South Congress is probably about 10 minutes to drive from here. So, um, it's a good little spot, looks like a good place to stay. Um, if the price is right, we definitely uh would love to check something out over in this area.
