Austin Downtown Vibe. Lively Austin Downtown Scene Captured Near Iconic Lavaca St & W 3rd St

All right, what's going on y'all? This is Joshua once again with TruVibe, and we are standing outside of Bob's Steak and Chop House on 3rd and Ivanka Street. And just giving you guys a little bit more of the vibes over here as we go through. Uh, we do have a little bit of, uh, Looks like we got a little help situation going on with the EMS here, but, um, see this is where, uh, most of the like major bus lines go through downtown and, uh, we still have a lot of, uh, a lot of foot traffic in the area. Um, we should see a Royal Blue grocery over there, uh, which which, Starbucks right across the way. Um, this building looks like it's got some construction going on. It's a government building. And uh yeah, we're just uh chilling. We got the Westin over here or the W, sorry, it's not the Westin, it's the W Hotel and uh yeah, uh we're just hanging out over here, but uh, yeah, doing a rental check. You see it, this is uh. Kind of a big rise is coming off of um One of the bridges over here. I can't remember. I'm sorry, uh, but. Bridge goes over there to the east side. Oh yeah, this is, uh, the South First Bridge. So, yeah, uh, other than that, um, yeah, we're just chilling right now, uh, checking out the vibes, and it looks cool. It's pretty quiet for the most part, but, uh, As far as activity goes, as far as street walk, like walking traffic, doesn't seem like there's too many people that walk down the street. More, more concentrated towards, uh, they were all walking towards the central part of downtown, um, but, um, walkability is nice. Uh, there's a little bit of street parking down here. Um, it's got the bus mall on this side, so not too much to do over on here, but yeah. You can get around, catch the, uh, the vibes, um, bus shelter can get a little crazy sometimes, uh, as, uh, people are passing through or whatever, but, um, yeah, cool area see that people are just getting done or starting to head in for dinner, um. There's a lot of, a lot of things to do. They're pretty central. So, uh, this is what a rental near Lavaca and West 3rd looks like right now.
