Modern Neighborhood Charm. Neighborhood Charm: A Look at 1913 Canterbury Street's Modern Facade and Community Vibe in Austin

Alright, I'm here out front of the Canterbury House, and uh as you can see heres the other neighboring homes. Some are more modern, some are, you know, more traditional, but good neighborhood, um. Definitely could use some landscaping in the front though. Alrigut well walking up to the property, um. Obviously it's a nice home, so good curb appeal. Like I said, some of the uh landscaping could use an improvement. And I might be a little bit confused with the fact that it's, you know, an A and a B unit type situation. There's also a cat in the front yard, but, uh no visible wear or anything aside from the landscaping. It's a very nice house. Yes, I haven't seen the actual inside of the house, I would say just based on the type of home it is, it would match the uh listing, you know, very modern. Um, typical for this type of area and whatnot, so.
