And uh showing you guys around the neighborhood. Um, seems like it's pretty nicer homes and everything like that. This one looks like it's uh boarded up. Um, we got this house across the way, looks like they're putting in a new staircase, a deck and whatnot. So. Look like they're, uh, yeah, doing a roof. Got a couple of projects going on right now, so it's a little remodeling. Um, and. We got some nicer homes over here as well, so yeah, it's pretty chill, um. So yeah, this neighborhood, uh, like I said, once again, it's pretty close to uh Whole Foods and a couple of shops and whatnot, uh, there's bars further down. And uh it's really good restaurants on the side of town. Um And yeah, it's a pretty chill vibe. See the storm is coming in. Um, I'm supposed to get rain. For like the next 5 days, but we'll see how it goes. Texas weather is Texas weather, so. Uh, But we need the rain, so. get these plants coming back. This tree come back to life. I need some water.
