Austin Street Vibe. Exploring West Lynn Street: A Quiet Austin Neighborhood with Local Charm

All right, what's up y'all? This is Joshua and we are checking in with TruVibe one more time. Uh, we're right down here on 10th and West Lynn and see right across the way, we got Galaxy Cafe and Howler Bros. Not sure what Howler Bros is, but I also see a gym and everything and Um, yeah, we're just doing a rental check, just to tell you guys about the area. It seems pretty quiet over here. It's a little bit hillier, um, but, uh, I'm not too often on the west side, but it looks like a cool little quiet spot. Uh, we're just off a couple blocks away from West 6th Street. So we are Uh, just trying to give you guys a view of the neighborhood, see what's going on. And yeah, it looks like a couple coffee shops or whatever going on over here. Galaxy Cafe looks pretty busy. Looks like they actually have, like they might be a full cafe with with breakfast and everything, so it looks like a good brunch spot. Uh, and just gonna check out this uh street down here. This looks like 11th. Looks very cul-de-sacy. But yeah, uh, Looks like a pretty quiet side of town, lots of little small old timey shops, and we're gonna go back up this way. Yeah, activate it's a studio, so it looks like a little jam here. Yeah, but, uh, I said, if you uh keep walking towards the south, you're gonna see more uh. More businesses and things like that cause you'll be walking, uh, getting closer to 6th Street, uh, lots of bars and everything like that. So it's probably about, uh, I'd say about 6 minutes, 7 minutes away from the main bar strip on West, and, but um you got 24 hour diner pretty close by, and you got a Whole Foods really close by as well, uh, just right there off of uh South Lamar. So, uh, yeah, it looks like a pretty cool little area and uh we'll check back in with you guys in a moment. All right, y'all, so we are standing here on 10th and Westland, West Texas, uh, West. Austin, um, and so we're about, uh, 34 or 4 blocks away from, uh, 6th Street, and, uh, we're just showing you guys a little view of the neighborhood for this rental check and show you guys the foot, foot traffic down here. We got lots of street parking, uh, you see. It's towards the center of the the towards the east side, um, but yeah, um. Not too familiar with this area, but it doesn't look like it's uh too crazy. It looks like it's pretty, pretty quiet over here. Not a lot of traffic, not a lot of, uh, you know, problem areas. Uh, you got an elementary school right over there, so, uh, maybe. Don't wanna stay here on a Thursday if you wanna hear of a bunch of kids in the morning or deal with school buses and things like that. But, um, yeah, if we keep walking this way. Towards the north or I'm sorry, towards the south, uh, you're going to uh run into 6th Street like I said earlier, have lots of bars in the area and um. Food as well. Yeah, we saw the Galaxy Cafe over here. There's another coffee shop on the right-hand side down as well as well, and Whole Foods. So, yeah, anyways, uh, if I was booking here, I'll probably stay around this area. It's pretty cool. Interested in checking out the cafe, especially since it's called Galaxy Cafe, like my space stuff, so, yeah, um.
