All right, I'm here at the pen, um, right here on, uh, Lamar and Toomey Road, um. This is a pretty busy area. It's right here on Lamar, right across from downtown, so there's uh lots of traffic and. And road noise, but, um, you're also right by, you know, the action of, of everything. Um, we have a couple of apartment complexes right on the corner here, um. You know, one across the street. And um there's also a hotel that's right here on this corner as well, the Lauren Hotel. So, um, like I said, it's a little loud here, um, right here at this intersection. Um, if you go down the street, um, to me here a little bit, it does get a little bit quieter, but, um, it's just, you know, busy and desirable area, um, but it is walkable. So, um, you know, you have a Starbucks right here on the corner, there's a saloon on the other corner over here, Pete Terry's for some local, uh, you know, Texas burgers. Um, And, um, some shops as well down Lamar here a little bit, um, you know, maybe a half mile, there's uh some thrift stores and things like that, so, um. Like I said, desirable area, I would definitely stay in this area if the price was right, um, but, uh, parking is a little bit, um, Of an issue here as, uh, you know, we're close to downtown, so the parking, if you can't find any, it's probably gonna be paid parking, um, or if the place that, you know, you're renting comes with parking, definitely, um, look into that if you're gonna stay in this area, as, uh, it can be difficult to find a parking spot easily, especially in certain times like, uh, during the ACL Music Fest, which is just down the road, um. This area can get very busy as a lot of people use the street to come from uh downtown or the shuttle stops to come this way to the bus. All that, um, you know, taken into consideration.
